You have not registered the phone properly I feel............I bought one from China too. No manual and the battery in the phone was a dud so throw it and use the spare sent with the phone.

Mine works fine on Orange pay as you go........................It took a bit of finding out how to unlock the phone, by this I mean the in phone system lock.

Buy a P-A-Go Orange and register the phone.......then go for it, I only say orange as mine works I am NOT associated with orange in any way.

Quite happy to offer useage help by e-mail for anybody who is stuck and my working knowledge may be of help..................e-mail sirjohn@oldcolonial.org.uk..........................I am able to phone , message, take video, take photo etc if you can't then contact. These phones were 2005 production and mine will vibrate off the table top...........Also speakers are **** so no good for listenig to. Obviously a bulk order gone wrong and being sold off, but for £4.99 for a camera phone SMS........hey good value in my book

Hi,
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
goodluck!

How do i set up my sciphone i68+ with tmobile, i only have the sim card. And no manual, bought phone on ebay. It's saying emergency calls only

Ask at chinamanuals.com - send them your provider and country and they will come back with the settings. They also have a i68 manual for download (which includes some settings).

I searched and found that for you, pls leave a good rating.

My Sci phone 68i will not pick up a signal.

If you are trying to dial in only one place and it is reading emergency calls only that means you are not getting signal. Mine stays on emergency calls only while in the house using a T-mobile sim card. I don't get very good signal here. Try it in other places and see if you catch signal. If it's stuck on emergency only make sure the slot is turned on under dual sim settings in settings. If it still doesnt work I'd send the thing back :P

CECT Pi68 says no signal or emergency call only

you may need to get a new sim.
sounds like your sim got damaged and the phone isn't seeing it.
go to at&t and see if your can give you a new sim.
shouldn;t be a problem,

This seems to be the settings for web, let me know if they work.

1- Set GPRS Account

Goto Home
Goto Entertainment
Goto Services
Goto Data Account
Choose GPRS
Create a new profile on mine I'm currently using a PAYG SIM so have called it PAYG O2 on Profile 8

APN (Contract) wap.o2.co.uk (PAYG) payandgo.o2.uk
Username (Contract) o2wap (PAYG) payandgo
Password password
Auth. Type Normal

2 Edit Browser Profile
Go Back to the Entertainment > Services Menu

Choose WAP
Choose Settings
Choose Edit Profile
Create a new one, I've called it PAYG O2 and choose O2
Choose Edit Profile
Rename if required
Homepage: http://wap.o2.co.uk
Data Account: Select the Account setup in 1 Above
Connection Type: Choose HTTP and set proxy to 193.113.200.195 and port to 8080
Username and password should remain empty

There should not be any difference between contract and PAYG

I9 wap/gprs & mms settings for O2

First you have to make 2 data accounts,

1 for mms.
Press service,

Pick any one of the settings because you are going to change it,
Press edit.
account name edit to O2 WAP GPRS,
APN to payandgo.o2.co.uk,
user name to payandgo,
password is password,
authentication type normal,
after each one if done is the option press it. this is the setting for wap internet.

You have to do the same again to make a new data account for the mms. the settings for this is
account name O2MMS,
APN payandgo.o2.co.uk,
user name payandgo all others same as before.

Now you have 2 new data accounts you need to set up wap.

set data account to O2 WAP GPRS,
connection type wap, IP address 193,113,200,195
user name payandgo,
password is password,
press back and activate profile.
you should be able to get on to o2 homepage now.

To get mms
press text, mms, mms settings, server profile, sim which ever you are using 1 or 2 ,
select the O2 MMS made earlier, edit profile, rename profile is 0k should be O2 MMS, home page is http//mmsc.mms.o2.co.uk:8002,
data account is the O2 MMS you made before,
connection type wap,
MMS IP address 193,113,200,195
user name payandgo,
password is password,
select back when all settings are entered and select activate profile. this should be it.
This works OK for me.

Can't receive/make calls and text

Go to settings , Dual SIM settings , and check that you're not in 'flight mode' (that's when the 2 X appear top left) and change it to either one of the 3 other options (Dual sim open, only sim1 open, only sim2 open).
