Question about Sewing Machines
When I plug my serger in I get no power? I have: - disconnected / reconnected the power from the sewing machine and also from the wall outlet. As well I've checked the outlets to ensure there was power through the outlet.
It's possible that the motor or power cord has gone out a sewing machine shop can tell

a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.

This is a timing issue and for an overlocker, really beyond the scope of anyone not trained or familiar, it is a 3D ballet between the loopers and needles and needs to be finely balanced to exacting tolerances I'm afraid to say.........the cost of replacement of each looper is around the price of a service......so..... Strongly recommend you to take it to a service centre for adjustments.......you will break more than a needle if you persist.

This happened w/ my 3600 many years ago. I took it into the repair shop and was told the foot control was 'bad'. THey replaced it w/ a foot controller off of another machine (not same color or size) but machine has worked for the last 20+ yrs.
