My caller Id. is displaying the wrong date and time, and I would lilke to know how to change or reset the phone. thank you... Omni

Same issue...power to base and sattelite phones no problems...phone rings and rings, answering message does not engage.

Have an old phone, hooked up it to the phone wire and did not get a dial tone...but another older phone already hooked-up via land line works just fine and am able to use phone line via our alarm system.

Trying the solution of unplgging the AC power and unplugging the batteries to see if that works.

hi all called thompsons becasue mine did the same ...they said to reset phone un plug ac then phone line from base then remove battery them let set for 10-15 min . re hook up and its back to basics.
