There is no issue with the battries, the problem is with the lens which is not opening, So that you need to repair the optical unit or to replace it. For both condition you should contact any repairman nearby.

SOURCE: Samsung S860

while plugged up to a usb to computer it might be blank...

I would plug it up and go to "my computer" and find the drive (usally the last letter like g) and find folders and and open them and store the pics to the hard drive.

if the camera is blank screen always... you got a problem with the camera.. I need more info.
like when this happened and if you dropped it?
hope I helped in some way

SOURCE: camera wont turn on

How I fixed my Camera:

> First take your Memory card off, and remove battery
> Now, leave your camera without battery-power
=(wait for while!)

>Then,start your camera WITHOUT Memory-Card.

Note: MiniSD Card with adapter, may crash/freeze camera.
(so use the real "one piece" SD-card, not that Micro-thing!)

>When i removed the old SD card, everything was OK.

I hope this can help many others?

SOURCE: samsung s860 camera lens will not close and is out of focus.

I hate to say it but your camera needs to be serviced. Might not be worth the repair. Try to take it to a local repair center that would offer you a free estimate....

What to do if my cameras taking blurry pictures? How to fix it?

Some thoughts...are you moving when you press the shutter button? Put your camera on a firm surface or a tripod and take a few shots....are they better? Do you press the shutter button half-way and allow the camera to lock in the focus before pressing the rest of the way?

What do i do if my camera is taking blurry?

try this steps

-make sure that the mode dial is in AUTO
-half press the shutter button and let the camera do an auto focus thing
-then full press the shutter button

if that does not work reset the unit press MENU > SET UP 2 . RESET this will restore the unit to factory settings and will not erase your pictures

then try this steps again

-make sure that the mode dial is in AUTO
-half press the shutter button and let the camera do an auto focus thing
-then full press the shutter button

1) Press the Fn button on the back of the camera
2) The first menu you see should be the size menu which you want

To move down the menu press the down button on the 5 function button
This is the bottom part of the wheel with menu/ok button in middle

To move up use the up button (top of wheel)

3) With the size menu selected, use the left - right buttons on the 5 function wheel to change the resolution

4) When you have selelcted the resolution you want (1M is the smallest picture size) , hit the Menu/ok button

I hope this helps solve your problem!
