HI, did you actually add a password to the memory card. Or did you have a adapter for the micro sd card to fit into when using in card readers etc a sd slot on the device you are using. There is sometimes a lock on the side of the adapter, check that you haven't locked the card and simply remove the adapter from the pc, and switch to unlock position. other than this you can download a some free software called card unlocker online. Hope this helps.

i want to share how to unlock/ removed password in your memory card
micro sd...this is applicable only for the card like MINI SD(this is
bigger than micro sd and used in nokia phone like n73 ,n80 ) and for
MICRO SD (used in nokia E-series ,classic nokia like 3500c ,6300 ,3110c
,7210c etc and other chinaphone )...
tools you need is high end phone like nokia 5800 ,n95 ,e63 ,e71 etc...(for phone using mini sd like n73 you need an adaptor..
here is how.. 1. insert your micro sd at nokia 5800 , memory card password will appear just cancel it..
2. go to menu,applications then file manager then you will see that memory card is locked..
3.open memory card you will see memory card locked
4. press options >memory card options and format memory card will appear
5. wait until formatting is finished
6.you will now rename the memory card and the password is gone...
note: in this process all your data will be lost but but you have no choice because no other way to removed your password than this...

you can unlock your 2gb sd card.. 1. Insert the sd card into a software phone. (eg. Nokia 6120c, 5800, 5233 etc..) 2. Select settings > data mgr > memory > options > format memory card.. Note- formating memory card will delete all datas in your sd card
SD and micro SD cards have a small slide switch on the edge of the card to protect the data stored on the card. To unlock the write protection move the slide switch to the write position.
You do not have a password to unlock you memory card. The things you should do is to look at you and if you can see a small button you just only slide it to unlock. After that you can use your memory card now.
Hi there, I have a micro sd card from Nokia 5300 phone.But when i use the same card in Nokia 3120 Classic, the memory card has been locked but i did not set any password for the memory card...Can this issue be solved in nokia 3120 classic phone.Can the password be unlocked in nokia 3120 classic.........Please advise.....
A memory card has nothing to do with the provider and the PUK code is used to unlock the Simcard NOT the memory card.
In case you forget the password either format your memorycard (all data
will be lost) OR take the card to from where you have bought it and
they will unlock it for you!!!
