Hyosung GT250R Tacho not working

Hi, I adjusted my clutch on my Hyosung which now is working perfectly, i then fueled my bike and seemed to run ok. A week later i went out and rode it and the bike dramatically loses power up the slightest of inclines. I thought it may be dirty fuel so drained all bar a couple of litres and went and fueled up with premium. I have ridden round for an hour and it is a little better but the bike still loses power on inclines. Can anyone help me or advise what i can do to fix this issue?? Cheers

These bikes are never senen with many miles on them when for sale, invariably they have issues uncommon to a newer bike, this sis due to the workmanship and metalurgical issues etc, they are clones but thats where the similaritys end, they nevr last from all I ever saw of these bikes.
If you mean loses power on hills due to clutch slippage, the springs i know get weak fast and lose tension sufficient to engage fully thus allowing plates to slip and losing power to the rear wheel, if you mean otherwise nobody can tell you this way correctly.

SOURCE: Oil type

there usually is not a break in period anymore but when you get your first oil change refer to your owners manual. you did not say where you live but a 10w30 5w30 is recommended most. Always use a Multi viscosity oil like 10w30 the 10 is the viscosity at start up so your engine starts better. The 30 is the viscosity at operating temp. the w means that you can use it in winter. The API that you see on the oil can means American petroleum institute. SAE on the can means society of automotive engineers Viscosity means flow rate and you need to keep oil flowing at all times

SOURCE: Gearbox oil change

There should be a drain plug either on the bottom of the gearbox or on the side of the gearbox at the bottom. Put in fresh 10w40 motor oil. There will be an oil fill screw either on the left or right side of the gearbox case.

SOURCE: my 2008 hyosung gt250r doesnt start, all light and

does it crank over?....if so check spark...fuel...etc...try to narrow it down to a actual problem such as carbs clogged, or injector not working, other than wont start, not able to tell much from that.

SOURCE: 2008 hyosung wont start

I am assuming you mean with the starter button.

If thats the case check that you have power to the button, and if so powewr coming out of the button.

If all is good this far, check the starter solenoid and starter for operation.

try taking 12v directly to the starter and see what happens..if it turns then the problem is before the starter.

Petrol leaking is a known issue on older GT650 bikes. Joints are cracking on the fuel tank. Especially where the holding console connects the tank with the frame.

Hyosung GT250R 2006 Miss Firing In One Cylinder

If everything that you checked truly is 'running perfectly' than you wouldn't be having these issues. Compression doesn't change - either it is good or it isn't. ignition either works or it doesn't most of the time - with the exception of it running til it gets hot then quits until it cools off. so that leave us with carbs. Obviously one of them isn't delivering fuel consistently or evenly or maybe your not giving them fuel all the time(water in the gas?). If you separated the carbs they are more than likely not 'sync'd anymore. That means that one is opening faster or later than the other so one cylinder is getting to do more work. Your best bet is to take it in and have it serviced so that the carbs can be checked over and re tuned so they are opening correctly.

Hoses on 2008 Hyosung GT250R

-this is probably some kind of overflow for unspent fuel - or oil vapours - one line will lead in - the other is probably a drain or overflow - which usually drops excess fluids on the ground - without a picture its hard to tell
