Be sure there are no holes in the pipeline that run from the input to the nozzle. Try running it under hot water. Sometimes the chemicals and dirt get in there and dry up at the holes.

SOURCE: Water won't spay out of the nozzels under front plastic

There are 6 screw, 3 on each side, then the top will come off. When you put it back on, make sure the piston is attached to the bottom of the smart mix knob and that the knob is in the water setting.

SOURCE: Bissel Little Green Spray Motor

Motor was seized. Probably from lack of use combined with the moisture involved with such a device. I loosened the motor with a pliers, gave it a small shot of wd-40, and off we go. Works fine.

SOURCE: will not spray

The heater is probally clogged. Remove the upper housing and locate a rectagular shaped object in the middle of machine. Remove six bottom screws and clean with stiff brush, clear all lines then run 3 tanks of hot water trhought he system to clear it.

SOURCE: my little green machine won't spray the solution but it will pick

The Pumps on these go bad after a couple of months. They rust and will sometimes spray and other times not then eventually not work at all. If your a handy man pull the top off it and remove the pump motor and replace it yourself. The part number is 603-5029 you can put this number in google shipping and get it to your door for about $15 and replace it yourself or have a friend do it. Ebay has tons of them once again just put in the part number and a list of them will come up.
Thanks and have a good one
Sincerely, CRTN

LIttle Green Bissell Water goes directly to collection tank, won't spray

Had a problem with mine not spraying, took ot apart and the heater for the solution was plugged with scaling, cleaned it up and works the very best now. As far as clean water going directly into the collection tank, sounds like the little hose may have a break or a leak in the vacuum hose.

Get Bissell little green pro heat to spray?

These units are known to clog, the water left in from the last use can harden right where the water sprays out. Try using a pin or needle to clean away the harden water. See also if the spay trigger can come apart for a thorough cleaning.

Bissell ProHeat Clear won't spray from floor nozzels but it does stray from hand cleaner

Usually when the hand tool works ok, then the heater inside the handle asm. is clogged. The water bypasses the heater when you use the hand tool. Other then that it could be a bad pump.

The attachment to clean furniture will not spray out water this is the first time we have used this just out of box. Also the detergent will not mix with the water

If you can see the cleaning fluid at the nozzel yet the it does not spray than the nozzles are clogged with dried soap. You can soak the the sprayer in a small bucket over night with a cleaning solution like CLR also used to break up hard water stains, dried soap & cloged shower heads. http://www.drugstore.com/qxp81915_333181_sespider/clr/cal__rust__lime_remover.htm
