above video should help. if your platter is "stuck" then call them for tips. also make sure it does NOT say "direct drive" on the front of the unit.
presuming you are talking about the SL-H350 as in the body not the SL-DZ1200 as in the title

Have you have tried it on a different amp, if not do so - which if it solves you have a faulty phono pre-amp in that amp- if not I would suspect that inside the deck is a faulty pre-amp. Or is the cartridge faulty?

Hi, could just be platter not fitted hard down on spindle. I suggest you remove the platter and place it upon a dead flat surface to check to see that the platter is flat. If it is flat refit to turntable ensuring it is hard down on the spindle. If bent discard and replace with new platter.Platters can be ordered for all model 1200/1210 from email@example.com
