Question about HP Computers & Internet
First off, unless you know that the paper is there, it's a possibility your machine is just saying or acting as if there is a jam when actually there is something giving a false reading or a failed part rendering it unable to print. Otherwise, if you happen to know where there paper is jammed at, attempt forcing a heavier stock paper through. say the jam is between two rollers attempt pushing a cardstock or index card thickness of stock through the rollers to attempt pushing the paper backward which might either remove the jam and make it removeable elsewhere, or make it so the machine can try to feed the paper through again this time allowing you to reach it.
