Question about Dell Inspiron 6400 Notebook
When i put in a blank DVD in my machine to burn data or video it always comes up with error message saying there is no media in the drive. It will play DVDs ok. I have just tried downloading new DVD burning prog but same problem. The Roxio media experience which came installed on laptop says that DMX.MSI is missing - dont know if that is of any help. I really want to be able to backup my photos, music and data. Can you help?
Well DMX.MSI that is the dell media experience, probably there is a media direct installed on the system, bad thing about that is you might need to reinstall your hard drive, you can try to install nero and check if it will work.

a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
