Question about Dell 2135cn All-In-One Laser Printer
All my toner cartriges are now full. However, when I try to print anything in color, the colors are really faded or are not their true color (blues always look like faded pink). I have been gettin the "replace PHD now" message for some time. I understand what this message means, but I want to know if this is the reason for my faded colors? Does the PHD affect the quality or saturation of the printed colors? or is that only dependent on toner levels?
The PHD transfers the image to the printed page and when it starts to go bad the images can become dull or faded and even blurry or totally missing. Id recommend the PHD be replaced and it should resolve your issues.
