Question about Dell 924 All-in-One InkJet Printer
I have a Dell Photo 926 all in one printer and have been unable to use the scan feature. I repeatedly get an error saying scan failed. All other functions work. Very frustrating!
1. try to make a copy.
if it copy fine, then its an issue with software.
2. Try to scan with MS Paint,
Click on Start > All Programs > Accessories > Paint
Click on file > from scanners and camera > scan
It should scan if its not the windows issue...
3. Try different computer if it does not scan with Paint\
4. If it works with Paint, try to open Dell AIO center and try to fax from that too...
5. Turn the printer off, take the power brick out from back of the printer where power cable goes in , wait for 15 seconds to connect it back and turn on and try again to print, it should work fine
