You should be able to delete these files if you log in as Administrator user.

Remove write protection from my LG External HDD HXE4 3.0 500GB

Using an external hard drive is a convenient way to transport files from one computer to another or share files with a co-worker or friend.
Activating copy protection, otherwise known as write protection, on the files that you place on the external hard drive is a good idea, as it will prevent that data from being altered inadvertently when connected to another machine.
Remove copy protection from your files when the external drive unit is again attached to a trusted PC and you wish to change the structure of the files.

Connect the external drive to your computer system.
Right-click "Start" and then click "Explore."

Click the external drive on the list of available devices.
Right-click on the copy protected files that you wish to unprotect status and click "Properties."
Uncheck "Read-only."
Close the Explorer menu and proceed to edit your files as desired.

1. You may have malware on your Internet Explorer- Even if you do not have IE as default it still coded with Messenger. Start trouble shooting with a cleaning browser download "ccleaner" and use it daily. Run it through a couple of times, using the factory settings and the "analyze" control to see the files offered up for cleaning. Use 'Run Cleaner' to delete these files and then run 'Analyze' again to ensure all files are deleted Run the 'Registry' from the left hand toolbar but 'Save' any changes after opting to 'repair' errors.Never make changes to your Registry without saving the information. http://www.filehippo.com/download_cclean...
2) Make this Yahoo Messenger cache cleaning tool Hold down the Windows key - Bottom row with flag and press R Type in notepad and click OK Copy and paste the following code onto notepad
%SystemDrive% cd "\" cls taskkill /im YahooMessenger.exe /f taskkill /im Ymsgr_tray.exe /f taskkill /im yupdater.exe /f rd "%ProgramFiles%\Yahoo!\Messenger\Cache\" /s /q rd "%ProgramFiles%\Yahoo!\Messenger\imvcach... /s /q rd "%ProgramFiles%\Yahoo!\Messenger\logs\" /s /q rd "%ProgramFiles%\Yahoo!\Messenger\Plugin\... /s /q rd "%ProgramFiles(x86)%\Yahoo!\Messenger\Ca... /s /q rd "%ProgramFiles(x86)%\Yahoo!\Messenger\im... /s /q rd "%ProgramFiles(x86)%\Yahoo!\Messenger\lo... /s /q rd "%ProgramFiles(x86)%\Yahoo!\Messenger\Pl... /s /q rd "%AllUsersProfile%\Application Data\Yahoo!\" /s /q rd "%AppData%\Yahoo!\" /s /q rd "%LocalAppData%\Yahoo\" /s /q rd "%ProgramData%\Yahoo!\" /s /q rd "%UserProfile%\Local Settings\Application Data\Yahoo\" /s /q reg delete HKCU\Software\Yahoo /f reg delete HKLM\SOFTWARE\Yahoo /f del "%ProgramFiles%\Yahoo!\Messenger\*-*" /f /s /q del "%ProgramFiles%\Yahoo!\Messenger\*.tmp" /f /s /q del "%ProgramFiles(x86)%\Yahoo!\Messenger\*-... /f /s /q del "%ProgramFiles(x86)%\Yahoo!\Messenger\*.... /f /s /q del "%temp%\*.*" /f /s /q regsvr32 actxprxy.dll /s regsvr32 browseui.dll /s regsvr32 jscript.dll /s regsvr32 mshtml.dll /s regsvr32 msxml.dll /s regsvr32 oleaut32.dll /s regsvr32 shdocvw.dll /s regsvr32 urlmon.dll /s regsvr32 vbscript.dll /s regsvr32 wininet.dll /s exit Save the notepad on your Desktop as .........cache.bat...... the (.) is important between cache and bat.
Make a Restore Point
If you have XP double click on it to run it
If you have Vista or Win 7 right click on it and 'Run as Administrator'
3) Check your Internet Security Zones in IE Internet Explorer > Internet Options > Security (tab) You should have 4 Security Zones showing - Internet - Local Intranet - Trusted Sites and Restricted Sites If you have additional to these you have Malware
If you have malware you will have to edit your Registry

I got this computer from my grandmother because myn melted literally. But she downloaded k9 web protection and had it on the highest security setting there is.it only allows facebook and certain other...

I found this on superuser link at the bottom.
No third party software required. Tested with K9 Web Protection version 4.4.268 on Windows Vista SP2 (32-bit). Confirmed by @stiemannkj1 to be working on Windows 7. Should also work on Windows 8.x.
  1. Create a new text file. Copy and paste the following batch script code, then save:@echo off set keys=^ "HKLM\SOFTWARE\Blue Coat Systems"^ "HKLM\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\App Paths\k9filter.exe"^ "HKLM\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Uninstall\Blue Coat K9 Web Protection"^ "HKLM\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\bckd"^ "HKLM\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\bckwfs" REM remove registry keys for %%G in (%keys%) do reg delete "%%~G" /f >nul set folders=^ "%programfiles%\Blue Coat K9 Web Protection"^ "%programdata%\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\Programs\Blue Coat K9 Web Protection" REM remove folders for %%G in (%folders%) do rd /s /q "%%~G" set files=^ "%windir%\System32\drivers\bckd.sys" REM remove files for %%G in (%files%) do del "%%~G" pause exit /b
  2. Make sure file extensions are shown and rename it to RemoveK9.cmd (or whatever you like, as long as it has the .cmd extension).
  3. Restart Windows in Safe Mode.
  4. Right-click the .cmd file and select Run as administrator from the context menu. Wait for the batch script to finish.
  5. Start regedit.exe and navigate to the following registry key:
<code>HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Enum\Root\LEGACY_BCKD Right-click the LEGACY_BCKD key and select Permissions from the context menu. Click Advanced and select the Owner tab. Then select Administrators from the owner list, tick the Replace owner on subcontainers and objects option, and then click OK. Then select Everyone and tick the Allow checkbox for the Full Control permission. Click OK, right-click the key and finally choose Delete.

  6. Restart Windows.

Missing files - cannot save

try this, i'm not really sure what the problem is because i've never used Muveereveal, but try uninstalling it, and removing its folder from c:\programfiles\Muveereveal, because even though you uninstall it, some times some registries stay in that folder and it can just be restoring the same files over and over again, you can do that or when re-installing it and it ask you what directory you would like to save it at, instead of c;\programfiles\Mueereveal, add an "s" at the end of the folder confusing the computer making it think its a new program. You can also try deleting all the registry that come installed with this software and reinstalling it....

i hope this helped.
