Question about Sony KV-32FS13 TV
When I push the power button on my Sony Trinitron kv32fs13 it chirps about six times and while it is chirping the standby light flashes two short and one long. After that it powers down and keeps repeating a four blink pattern. I already fixed many bad solder joints and nothing changed.
This problem is caused by a shorted Horizontal Output Transistor. I would suggest that you have this TV checked by a qualified TV technician. This type of problem requires dealing with dangerous voltages, and repair should only be attempted by a trained technician.
