Question about Toshiba 26LV610U LCD TV
The TV has worked great for 2 years, it is in the bedroom and only gets used for about an hour or two every night. The TV was working fine till one night I went in and turned it on and I had no picture or sound. The power indicator comes on and the logo lights up on the fron of the set. I would hate to think the TV is junk already, I bought the Toshiba based on the performance of our past TV that was about 20 years old and still worked fine we just upgraded to a flat screen . Any thoughts on what I should do at this point?

This is probable the lcd backlight inverter. If you have sound then look at the screen up close with a flashlight and see if there are images. If you can see images then the back light has problems and it is most likely the inverter.
