I'm fairly certain that isn't possible. You have Sprint which is a CDMA format and NTELOS which is a TDMA format. They basically speak two different languages and thusly aren't compatible with the same towers.
If you wish to unlock the phone, keep in mind that the locks are based on several things.
1. Phone Make and Model
There are several code calculators out there such as Crux and USR that may help you out with either a code or flash unlock, however, I'm not sure this is prudent to you as I've explained before, the two network types aren't compatible.

i had the same problem when i went to code entry mode. What i did was call the companies tech support which is 1-877-430-2355 and tell them that it says prepaid service is disabled and they will walk you through a code that unlocks your straight talk prepaid plan

try the last 4 digits of your phone number, if that dont work try 1234 or 0000, i found mine to be the last 4 of my phone number
