What operating system are you using? In Windows, you can set it through server properties in the Printers area of the control panel, you can do this by creating a custom paper size. If you are running in DOS, you can set the page length through the printer itself by going to its default setting. In the printers default setting, make sure you are setting the length on the correct paper path (FRONT FEED, BACK FEED).

No, only one time installation is sufficient. You might see problem if you install wrong driver on the wrong O/S..

You would probably need to set the printer DIP switches to print Greek, however it is quite possible that this is not possible. Get hold of the printer DIP Switch settings and check. Alternately you will have to try the exercises using a GUI operating system to print the selected font style.
