Hi,
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
goodluck!

The InterVideo WinDVD 5 program on my laptop not working!

Maybe your CD/DVD drive is a old drive :O( , for the new cd´s/DVD´s on the marked today actually many times you need a new drive for read them. Try first if you can install with the dll found on the link below.

You can find "wnaspi32.dll'' here : http://www.dll-files.com/dllindex/dll-files.shtml?wnaspi32

Ohter solutions:
1: get a external drive(not to old) and try install it with that
2: copy the cd to a usb storage on a computer thats have a new cd/dvd drive, use the usb storage to install it on your computer, use the dll file from the link.
Hope this can resolve the problem.

I have the same camera use on windows computers using pinnacle studio 12 with perfect outcome. if you have however Imac or other apple there might be a few more things to say I have just discovered MPEG streamclip a free program and after 5 month I can now handle the .mod files on apple as well!! mod files are basically mpeg files if you change .mod for .mpeg you wil see that the files can be played with windows media player. The file numbering from Panasonic is very odd and I suggest you first organise your files on date shoot before you change any file extension.

Watching wmv files on DVd

MPEG-2 video is the file format you’ll need to convert to, but you cannot simply burn the MPEG-2 to a DVD and automatically play it in a DVD player.
The easily way is to buy software that will make the transition smooth; I recommend VSO Convert to DVD.
