Question about Sony Ericsson Cell Phones
There should be an option to Restore Factory Settings somewhere on your phone, which might solve the problem but may also lose any files/images you have saved.
As you're under contract, your network provider's Customer Services should be able to solve this for you easily, by texting your phone with updated internet settings or by activating it at their end.

a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.

well obviously the phone is locked still, so you need to unlock it. Usually the stores can do that for you. Like any of the phone stores that carries that phone should know how to unlock the phone. They'll unlock it for you for a fee.
