1. Please right click "M" icon in the right bottom side, near to the system time and select the option named "Change Settings".
2. Click on "Internet & Network" in the left pane and click on "Advanced" under "Firewall Protection is enabled" tab.
3. Click on System services in the left pane.
4. Put check mark on "Windows file sharing (NETBIOS)".
5. Click on Ok.
6. Restart the computer.

I suggest you use the Service Tag number to get the correct drivers.
You can download the device drivers from Dell WEB site,the support download page. Make sure you select your model desktop or laptop,better still, type in the Service Tag number, it is printed on the label on thebottom of the laptop and on the back or sides of a desktop. (If the Service Taglabel is missing then go into the BIOS setting and on one of the BIOS pages,the Service Tag number will be displayed). This will open the page where thespecific drivers for your model computer are located. Also make sure you selectthe Windows of the drivers for your Windows operating system. Try installing the correct lan and wifi drivers from the computer manufacturer. If there are none available, win10 is not compatible.

Hello Friends,
First of all you are self connect to internet, there are two options you are connect internet.
1> Wi-fi through you connect and Lan cable. connection before you configure Internet IP address, DNS to you laptop, and open wi-fi option. and sec option is cat5 and cat 6 wire through connect.
But all thing available you have like RJ 45 connector, Lan tested, Lan cable, cutter, etc.
My suggestion you contact networking engineer because have all network thing available.

You can install and configure the wireless lan very easily, First of all you require to download the driver for your Acer Travelmate 2410 by below mentioned link
Wireless LAN Driver (Approx 12 MB)

when you download the driver simply right click and extract to the folder, now run the setup and it will install the wlan Drivers automatically, when the drivers are installed reboot the system once so they will run properly, now you will notice one new wireless icon in taskbar along with clock , simply click on the icon and it will show you all the available wireless networks in your area, click to choose your desired network (might require passkey if its secure) and you will be able to access internet/network with wireless connectivity

I have a problem with a internet connectivity in the task bar its showing aquiring network address


Acquiring network address (Limited or no connectivity)

1.Check whether you are typing the correct key
2.Remove the preferred networks
3.Disable WLAN/LAN and Enable it
4.Assign static IP address in the range of modem
5.Add the network manually with the security settings

Unless you are purchasing an old desktop PC, I am pretty sure any system you purchase these days (whether it's from Dell or whatever) have atleast an integrated LAN Rj45 connection on the motherboard.

The cheapest computer on dell.com (the Inspiron) has an integrated LAN connection for example.

my friend if it is not on board network card, un plug the card and replace with the new one and then u make sure that u follow the instructions given when installing and also u have to configure again the ip adress or net work set up as before

Just reformatted my dell dimension e510, prob connecting to net


Hi there.
Use the Dell tools system software CD to install the LAN (network) drivers, just pop the CD into the drive and install the CD, once it is installed a new window will pop up giving you an option to install drivers and/or utilities, just look for the LAN or network drivers and restart the PC when prompted the LAN drivers will be installed and you will be able to connect to the internet.
Post back if you have anymore problems.
