No response to be switched on

Try this. Take the battery out. Wait 30 seconds. The phone memory should reset itself. Reinstall the battery. Turn on the phone before you plug it in. It should come on for just a couple of seconds. Then plug it in. See if that helps.
If not, behind the battery there should be a reset button. Try resetting the phone there. Make sure you have all your phone book down on hard copy. You will loose all your information by resetting the phone that way. But it does reset it completely.
Also make sure your phone has been updated. Either online or at your phone service by a tech.
