best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.

"I wanna make the 2nd pc a server but it isn't accessible through the WAN ip. "
Well that explains everything. If you want to get to 192.168.0.102 from the internet, you need to tell the router where to send packets. You do this by going to the ADVANCED section and configuring Virtual Servers. For example: If you are setting up the computer at 102 as a ftp server, ftp uses port 21. The name would be FTP, private IP would be 192.168.0.102, Protocol is TCP, and the Private and Public ports would normally both be 21. Don't forget to Enable the rule.
What this does is tell the router that when ever a request comes in on port 21, it should forward it to 192.168.0.102. To access the external side of the router you need to go to 22.214.171.124 (according to the image you posted)

You do not need a password for cable. You need to make sure that your router is using DHCP. Whenever you connect something to your cable modem, you MUST turn off everything. Then turn on in this order:
1 Turn on cable modem and wait until the modem syncs with your ISP.
2. Turn on your modem and wait until the router and the modem sync up.
3. Turn on your PC
Your cable modem will remember the MAC address of the last device that was plugged into it, which is why you must turn off your modem to clear out the modems memory.

Before using these files, make sure you have the E Revision of that router, you can check by looking on the sticker that contains all the model information like serial, model number.
Be careful while doing a firmware upgrade, very easy to brick your router. Bricking refers to making the router no more useful than an expensive paper weight.
