Question about Frigidaire Refrigerators
I have a Frigidaire PHS69EJSS2 that keeps sounding like the door ajar alarm is beeping, and the refrigerator digital thermostat is reading "HI" instead of the temperature. What is wrong with it?

ginad, L&G missed the tolerance a little on the door switch. They do make a kit to correct the problem, I believe it's a little gasket that fits under the door switch. I use a plastic stick on, on the door itself, to solve the problem. As long as it's under warranty have the replair co. fix it. In the meantime just use a piece of tape to cover the door switch.....Catriver...post back

Unplug your refrigerator from the ac outlet, and 0open theref door for approx. 5 minutes. Then plug it again, after you hear the beeping close the door. wallah it's fixed.

if the compressor is running your ref. should be getting cold. Their is a defrost timer but when it is in defrost the compressor shuts off. I think you do have a leak.

We have same problem. Its stored in a intergal garage had it since Jan 08, no problem until now. The last 3-4 days its been beeping the alarm, temperature according to the display varies between -9c and 11c/ Despite doing the fast freeze over night temperature hardly improved at all around -1c. to 12c. Its quiet a cold night tonight 14c in garage yet temperature of freezer remains at -11c

Hi, Here is the Part # 5304421256.
This is a common issue with this model. Just remove the 4 screws holding the control panel up and you will be able to see the thermostat/cold control
