The power windows system consists of the following components:
• Driver door module (DDM) -- GMLAN device that receives and transmits messages and signals for window functionality
• Passenger front door module (PDM) -- GMLAN device that receives and transmits messages and signals for window functionality
• Left rear door module (LRDM) -- GMLAN device that receives and transmits messages and signals for window functionality
• Right rear door module (RRDM) -- GMLAN device that receives and transmits messages and signals for window functionality
• Driver door switch assembly (DDSA) -- GMLAN device that contains the driver, front passenger, RR and LR window and window lockout switches
• Right front power window switch -- provides switched ground window switch signals to the PDM for the front passenger window
• Left rear power window switch -- provides switched ground window switch signals to the LRDM for the left rear passenger window
• Right rear power window switch -- provides switched ground window switch signals to the RRDM for the right rear passenger window
• Left front power window motor -- contains position sensors and a module that receives signals from the DDM and provides a status signal to the DDM
• Right front power window motor -- contains position sensors and a module that receives signals from the PDM and provides a status signal to the PDM
• Left rear power window motor -- contains position sensors and a module that receives signals from the LRDM and provides a status signal to the LRDM
• Right rear power window motor -- contains position sensors and a module that receives signals from the RRDM and provides a status signal to the RRDM
• DRIVER DR MOD fuse (10-amp)
• FRT PASS DR MOD fuse (15-amp)
• REAR DR MOD fuse (10 amp)
• Power Window Motors Circuit Breaker (30-amp)

10GE optical interfaces of a switch cannot work upon a unidirectional fiber connection. A unidirectional fiber connection occurs between two 10GE optical interfaces when one interface is Down because the Rx fiber is removed, while the other interface is still Up because its Rx fiber can receive link_Up signals from the PHY layer.
A switch determines the status of a 10GE optical interface according to the IEEE 802.3ae standard. As defined in this standard, the MAC layer of a 10GE optical can send local_fault and remote_fault signals. A switch can determine the link status based on only the link status of the PHY layer or based on the link status of the PHY layer and the local_fault and remote_fault signals from the MAC layer.
On a Huawei switch, link status of a 10GE optical interface turns Up only when the link status of the PHY layer is Up and both the local_fault and remote_fault signals are 0. When two 10GE optical interfaces are interconnected and the Rx fiber on one interface is removed, this interface goes Down and the MAC layer of the interface generates a local_fault signal. Meanwhile, the local interface sends a fault signal to the remote interface through the Tx fiber. The remote interface receives the link_Up signal from the PHY layer and the remote_fault signal from the MAC layer. Therefore, the link status of the remote interface goes Down.

Try this: Go to Preferences > Next Page > GPS Status > Reset GPS. Then go outside, stay stationary until you get a GPS fix, should take no more than 5 min

try to restore or reset to factory settings in the menu

the problem might be coming from your video card or try changing your RAM

somtimes on the newer systems the signal will stay aroud 100% but it is not really that high

Make sure your GPS is not blocked. Try to acquire sattelite signals in an open and clear area. From Main Menu, tab Sys Info. and tab GPS Reset. After this, wait for a few minutes and check GPS Status again. Sometimes it takes a while depending where you are located.
