Question about HP LaserJet 3015 All-In-One Printer
I keep getting a message and the light (orange is blinking) to check paper tray check cartidge. we have checked the paper tray, changed the toner which did not need to be changed tried to find any paper jam with no sucess. what do we need to do now
I have the 1350 all in one, and when I changed my cartridges I screwed up and replaced both at the same time, that was a no no as I found out. I kept getting the test printer and print example too. so what I had to do was Uninstall the printer and drivers, then reinstall them again, that worked.
