Question about Vacuums
It just shut off (lost power) initially I thought it was the power outlet but it isn't

the belt is on the bottom right (looking at it from the front). the Eureka website does have the manual for download, http://www.eureka.com/service/manuals/80244.pdf
With the vacuum flattened (straightened) out, turn it over and remove the back roller cover, (2 screws) once off, the roller should just pop out on the opposite side (opposite from the belt). Don't forget to turn the roller to center the belt once you have it on.

yes. but without more information about your vacuum I cannot tell you how exactly to remove it.
if you could get the model number off the back of the unit or the bottom of the unit it would help more.
