Hi, I suggest you to contact the Logitech support for a replacement this is an hardware failure and it's covered by
warranty terms.
If you are not under warranty you still can contact them as I know for instance in Europe they can offer you some
good deal on nowadays products for out of warranty people.

If you can, check your wireless mouse with another computer to determine if it is working or not. If it works on the other computer, remove any M510 drivers from your computer. Plug the wireless adapter back in, and see if you computer recognizes it and the port it is plugged into (control panel/system/devices). If the computer recognizes it and loads software, try your mouse again.

The logitech M510 mouse when isntalled freezes all the web browers buttons. In other words I can't click on anything once I open it. I can't open a drop down menu or close or view anything on the web...

Return for a replacement. Bad mouse.

I added a UNIFYING M510 Mouse to my K800 keyboard, and the mouse won't work, IF I SWAP the receivers, then the M510 mouse works and the K800 keyboard won't work. Defeats the purpose of "UNIFYING"...

Just download and run the Logitech Unifying Software from logitech support and it will work perfectly. Just did it myself.

Normal 0 How much memory do you have installed in your computer? It may need to be, increased, as this is likely to be the cause of your computer freezing, rebooting, times out, or shutting down.
