For this problem you have to type 10^3.527 or e^3.527. Of course it is important to know the base a of your logarithm for generally solution a^3.527 . See captured images

Go onto www.education.ti.com, find the downloads column, and click on apps and operating systems. Then you can click on the different lists and find out which apps you accidentally deleted. You do this by (after clicking on it) looking under the "Pre-Loaded On" column. If you find the name of your calculator there, this is one application that was deleted. Hope this helps!

Well, to answer part of your question, yes... the TI-89 does factor like this. it is inputted like this:
Check the catalog in the TI-84 (which is 2nd-zero) and look under F for factor()

Just hit the 2ND key and the 0 (catalog key)scroll down to percentage or just divide the answer by 100.

The comma key on the TI 84 SE is above the 7 key, and it is just left of (, right of x squared, and below SIN. thats where the "," key is. If you're asking something else, please clearify. My understanding is that you don't know where the comma key is.
