Generally this is a function of the program associated witha graphic editor such as Photoshop etc. Picasa I believe is free from Google and may give you that option. You may already have software that can do it if you have a digital camera. Look in the "properties" under a finishing tab.
BTW the if you are trying to do iron on images and this is a Laser printer, you may damage the printer as it uses heat to adhere the toner to paper.

SOURCE: printing problem (local and network) only with pdf

PDF files are designed to be small on the computer and are uncompressed when sent to the printer. The size of the PDF is filling up the memory on the print server causing it to crash.

make sure you have the latest printer drivers.

heres a work around if the drivers didn't fix it. check "print as an image" from within printing options in Adobe Acrobat (you gotta go to "advanced" to find that check box), and then it works fine.

have you updated the firmware on your printer? hp has a firmware update utility down load for it that just might help you with your problem. iu fixed a simular problem by using the download
