Question about Coffee Makers & Espresso Machines
I have gaggia espresso dose for almost 5 years and i have the above problem, the leaking is from group head even without press the brew button. if i press the button to warm up the machine in order to make some steam for milk i receive a cloud of steam from group head. any suggestions or hint is welcome thanks you in advance

so i guess our expresso you dont have that creamy topping that lack pressure descalcify not with vinegar remove caicium in chunks have a chance of blocking everything descalcifier solution melt the calcium 1part solution 1 part water fill the water with solution open the valve if some come out close it leave the solution in it for 15 minute repeat untill empty rinse very good cheers

Could be a number of reasons. If you "hear" the brew group moving in one direction, stop and then move again, then the microswitches are o.k. If the sound of the movement is low and/or slow ( slower that normal), the CPU/power board may be bad and needs to be replace. If the movement is as before (same sound and movement) but not lining up, perhaps the brew drive motor is bad.
To remedy this situation, an authorized SAECO Service Center would have to open your machine and replace damaged components. take out screen and screen holder,and unscrew piece in head,clean with wire and try,i think its your head plugged out.

Remove shower and screw, then run brew button, if that works clean shower, if not remove allen wrench screws and clean diffuser and valve on spirng.
