How do I add memory to my acer travelmate P256M?

You should check Internal memory (REM) installed, Internal memory type: probably DDR3L-SDRAM, Maximum internal memory: 16 GB, and number of memory slots available and occupied
Problem is tha compatibility of memory and parity requiremens Means if you have 4 Gb wirh 2 x 2 Gb, not all boards let yoi nstall an 8 gb Memory with an existing 2 Gb memory
The other issue if you have one 4 Gb DDR3L-SDRAM does your board accespt other specificacion of 4 Gb memory or must be the same.
You should check this info with someone who has the technical specificacions of your MB

AS YOU KNOW THAT THE INTERNAL MEMORY OF THIS DEVICE IS 186 MB IT IS VERY LOW AND I CAN'T DOWNLOAD MORE APP DUE TO THE INTERNAL MEMORY HOW CAN I SOLVE THIS PROBLEM ? MOREOVER I USE SD CARD 8 GEGA

Go to the "My Files" app, and check what files and downloaded applications are in the phone memory. Try to move the applications to the SD card, then move any other data (videos, pictures, music, etc) to the SD card.

I also recommend downloading either the CCleaner app or the AVG app to clean out junk files form the memory.

Why can't I take more than 3 pictures with internal memory? It then says internal memory is full.

The camera that you have only has 10 MB of internal memory , if you are taking photographs at 12 megapixels only 3 photographs would fit as each photograph would be around 3 MB each. I would suggest to buy an external memory card and take photographs on that. The internal memory is only for demoing and checking if the camera works and not for standard use. Buy a SD/SDHC card , they are very cheap nowadays and have immense capacity to hold lot more photographs.

I m getting Phone Memory Full Error every now and then in my phone. I have deleted all content in Phone Memory in my Nokia E71 phone. But still i have this problem. Its shows occupied phone memory is 119...

Hello,

There are basically 2 ways to try to fix this, the first is for you to go to the setting of the phone and restore factory settings, it will ask for the security code. provide the original code for it and your phone will be resetted. Then the memory will read normally. The other solution is for you to have the phone flashed with the appropriate software, that will automatically reset the phone.

Take care and good luck

Gateway Foxconn C51GU01 (105552) Problem: blue

Possible a memory socket is bad. Make sure you are using the correct type of memory including parity and compatible speeds. It is recommended to use like memory sticks in each slot. Some PCs even require the sticks to be equal memory capacity. User's guide should tell you what the compatible capacities and speeds should be. If you don't have the manual, you can get by looking up your PC model number on Gateway.com.

My 2GB memory stick PRO duo claims its full,

    i) it has nothing to do with the number of songs(like you said 188 songs,,,, 15 picturess... or something like that ), it depends on the storage capacity of your memory stick(2 GB)

ii) some songs may occupy more memory, so may occupy less memory....for eg: song1: 10 mb, song2 : 3 mb; .....

so i would suggest to store some songs(not numbered ...depending upon their capacity and suffiencecy of your card....)
