SOURCE: I have freestanding Series 8 dishwasher. Lately during the filling cycle water hammer is occurring. How can this be resolved

Hi,
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
goodluck!

Mine is a 8.1 Megapixel sony digital camera. The photographs were fine before. But the photographs are hazy now. What might be the reason.

Please set the quality to SUPER FINE on your camera
This will solve your problem

It also better to clean the lens softly using a soft cloth

Thanx and i hope this helps

Over exsposed pictures from my pentax me Super

Hi Pete,

Say you're using ASA/ISO 100 film:
Photos come out overexposed and you were shooting in A or S or P modes.
Just set your ASA/ISO to 200: this will gives one stop less and images will be correct.

What film? Where from?

Hi - You can download the manual by clicking the link underlined in blue below:

Pentax > ME Super

Camera takes a standard 32mm roll film available at any high street shop:

Loading film in my vintage camera..help!

The "magic needles" while making the camera easy to load are about as intuitive as a dead skunk, I had a similar confusion when I got an ME Super. Put the film can in the left side of the camera back (the side with the little thing sticking out is the bottom, it looks upside down this way, but that is correct). Next push the film winder down, this will semi-lock the can into place. Now pull the film-lead across the camera and push it down between some of the white "magic needles on the opposite spool(push it in a bit so that it will stay). Next advance the lever; release the shutter. If the spool starts to turn you are doing it right. Now close the door and continue advancing and clicking until the little frame number window on top reads 1.

Shackman multishot 102 Polaroid

Pick up an old Polaroid camera that took 100-series film. The back will contain the film rollers, which are pretty much swappable. Something like a Polaroid Super Swinger III should be cheap and easy to find on ebay.

Film advance lever

Your camera is cocked but since the shutter is not working you cannot release it and hence your film advance mechanism does not work. ME-super will work without batteries in full manual mode so set your shutter to B and try to release it. If the shutter will not release in B mode then the shutter/mirror box will need servicing : rubber components in the mirror box mechanism have perished and need replacing. After that your camera will be fine for another couple of years.
