Mine was doing the same thing. I pulled the cardboard cover off the back near the bottom and found the fan was not turning and lots of dust buildup. I unplugged it and vacuumed it out and spun the fan by hand and plugged it back in. The fan started and the temp between doors went down. I may have to replace the fan soon.

SOURCE: Having problem with Kenmore ice
The wiring diagram your seeking is NOT published on line,i can give you a list of potential problem causing ice not to be made
1) gear on i/m is broke, remove cover on i/m and check if main drive gear is cracked
2) the water inlet valve, rotate fingers on im till it starts turning, access water valve on rear of refrig.
let i/m make a complete 360 degree cycle at one point (toward the end) thier will be 120 volts to
valve,if 120vac to valve and water pressure good at vavle, replace defective valve(unplug valve
and place meter leads into plug/one lead on each wire)
3) a internal switch on i/m, if it makes 360 degree cycle and 120 not to valve, one of switches is bad,
the parts down break down doesn't tell which is for water valve and w/o diagram i dont know the
color wires on switch that sends 120vac to i/m so replace all 3
4) the internal i/m cam that attaches to above mentioned gear is ground down and not closing the
correct switch whe it is supposed to be closed, remove gear and metal plate on i/m if cam is
grooved and gouged up,replace cam
water valve WR57X10033
Hope this helps,if it does please give me a 4 thumbs up rating
