Go to add/remove programs and remove it. Then click search and remove anything that says flashplayer, Go to internet options and click remove cookies and temp files. you will have to type your
passwords to enter into your email and other programs later. The box should disappear after you log in again. If you want to install flashplayer again. you will have to download it or install it with a CD_ROM.

I cant install adobe flash player. It keeps coming up with reading error

Common problem. First, you should uninstall all versions of flash already on yuur computer. Then when you go to the adobe site, don't install the program, you want to download it and install it later. Many times, you cant install it into your browser when the browser is already running.

There are a couple of steps you will need to do to install flash
1. Uninstall any old or already installed version of flash on the computer. http://download.macromedia.com/pub/flashplayer/current/uninstall_flash_player.exe You can also run this if you don’t have flash or are not sure.
2. Restart the computer
3. Download the stand alone installer from http://fpdownload.macromedia.com/get/flashplayer/current/licensing/win/install_flash_player_10_active_x.exe and save it to the computer desktop
4. CLOSE Internet Explorer if is open (IMPORTANT)
5. Install the downloaded file install_flash_player_10_active_x.exe from the desktop.
