you can't print via serial to it. You will have to check the settings in your rip to see what the ip address is. Lights will blink all the time to indicate it is on a network, its just not talking to it. Then you go into your add printers section click the + sign and it should come up in there if the ip address is in line with your mac ip
u check drum,ibt belt,2nt btr roller and fuser life... then do full service, then calibrate ur fiery also.. first u check developer bios plate.. if its have more dust print comes like that.. all the best..
There is a software patch on the Xerox.com site. Once there click Support and Drivers. Once there in the search box enter dc 12 Once to the Support area. Type in Yellow in the search box. That should direct you to the patches. I hope this helps.
