It sounds like you definitley have malware (some type of viruse and or trojans) I would perform a system recovery if i was you which this will delete everything and start Windows from the beginning when you first purchased the computer. You may do this by
turning off the computer all the way. turn it back on and immediately start tapping either F11 or F10 until it appears with System Recovery then make sure to do the system recovery process. It should take about 25-30 minutes and your computer should run fine, Although yes you will have to put your personal items back on the computer (like pictures, documents, etc) but your computer should run fine... Let me know how it goes and if there is anything else I can do to help you out.

OK, Are you saying that you could not get to the system recovery or you did the system recovery and it did not solve the problem? I am doing my best here, I will continue looking threw databases and send you much information as possible on this issue, So that we can get this resolved immediately, alright?

Computer won't recognize external usb hard drive

try it on another computer if that dosent work you should
reformat your computer but first backup all your data by putting your another internal hardrive on your computer and move all your files you need to the empty hardrive and after that take the hardrive with all your stuff in it off the computer and then reformat the hardrive which the external hardrive does not work on and install a new operating system then put the other hardrive with all your stuff back on your computer and transfer your stuff into the hardrive with a operating system then try the external hardrive

OR
you can burn all your stuff into a CD or a DVD
OR
you can put all your stuff into FlashDrives and then after you reformat the hardrive with an operating system put your stuff back into the computer and after that the external hardrive should work

My laptop wont load right and nothing working on it. i can't reboot or trune it off. it won't run in safemood

Try booting from your recovery disk, then click "repair my computer". That should replace any corrupt files, and will not erase files on your computer. Very handy.

I attempted to add a secondary hard drive, did so, truned it back on and got 3 long beeps, no monitor action, removed the secondary, turned it back on w/ the original that hadnt been moved and still got...

3 long beeps means that there has been memory failure. You may have accidentaly knocked your memory sticks out of place when you opened up your computer. Try taking them out and putting the memory sticks back in, this should fix your problem.
Also, please leave me 100% votes, thanks.

your pc probably freezed up for some reason, you can turn it off by keep pressing the power button. After a few seconds it should power down. reboot the computer, he wil probably start a checkdisk and afterwards your computer should be fine. backup your pc asap, and try to find the reason for the freeze (recently installed new drivers/software?)

Your computer is experiencing memory problems. Turn power off, remove and reseat the memory chips, and try it again. If not successful, try different memory chips. Also could be power supply problem

XP Keeps rebooting with LAN Cable connected

Have you tried going into the bios setup before windows loads up? You may have a setting to choose startup on lan. Just turn that off and hit F10 and enter.
To enter the bios setup keep pressing delete after truning on the computer until the bios screen appears. Don`t change anything unless you know what you are doing.

When i put craft wizard memory stick in usb port dose not respond

You will have to try to access it through the (my computer) section of your computer. I researched it and I did not see that it had an auto play program installed. This thing is full of stuff used to change your computer. It is also used to store files. You might not have your computer set to have a pop up when you insert these things.

I will try to help more, but I will need more information.
What O.S. are you using?
What feature are you using it for?
