best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.

If you've forgotten the answer to your pass-code reset question as well as your pass code, please call Xbox Customer Support at 1-800-4-MY-XBOX (1-800-469-9269). Or you could try resetting xboxs software by ("holding Y while turning on the box")

I've managed to come across this from someone who called microsoft with the same problem (it seems quite common)
Go into settings Console settings Then device settings (The one with the blue screen)
left trigger, right trigger, x, y, left bumper, right bumper, left with left stick, up with left stick, right with left stick, x
If you have trouble use the pad instead of stick, but I could only get the stick to work..
I hope that helps

The only way to reset your Gamertag password is by contacting Xbox Live Support at 1-800-469-9269. They will ask for some information to help them verify you're the real owner of the Gamertag profile.
