Make sure the "pillow" is quite damp (we put ours in dripping wet) and, if you're using cloth wipes, make sure they are damp enough before putting them in the warmer.

Get wool ones, but make sure that they are knitted very tightly so no air can penetrate through holes. Also I'd use fleece ones, I think fleece is the best to keep you warm in extreme weather

How to keep your fridge clean

Everytime you are waiting for the kettle to boil or waiting for something to warm up in the microwave, even if it is only 1 or 2 minutes, use this time to open your fridge and wipe the bits of the shelf that you can see with a damp cloth or piece of kitchen towel. Just one shelf. Just one minute.

At the end of the week, notice how clean your fridge is looking and wipe down the inside of the fridge door too.

Not warming up

Some devices can take a while to heat up. Try leaving it turned on for 10 minutes. If it is still not warming up, than it is the heating coil in side the Warmer that is not working. You can get a replacement from the manufacturer. The coil is soldered underneath the baby wipe compartment, it is large and shaped like a doughnut that goes around the outside of the baby wipe compartment.

There are 6 pins holding the coil to the circuit board, The coil is polarity sensitive, the +sign on the bottom of the coil goes in the hole in the board with the + sign.

Wipes warmer will not turn on. It is brand new tried itmin several different plugs.

The HV Electrolytic Capacitor between the Resonance Transformer and the Resistor Bank (all of which are located in the power supply) is most likely blown. If this is the case, there will be light brown or dark yellow discoloration on the surface of the capacitor. Since it is new I would recommend taking it back and getting the entire thing replaced.

Wipes dry out even when cartridge is full of water in deluxe wipe warmer

All baby wipes will do this over time, in a warm environment they dry out even quicker. Only turn on the Wipe Warmer when you need to use it. When baby wipes are not in use they should be kept in a cool dry place.

How do you clean the baby pro bottle warmer?

Ice container, measuring containers, and baskets: Dishwasher-safe (top rack only).

Measuring containers should be placed in a dishwasher basket. Or wash in warm water
using mild liquid soap. Rinse with clear water.

Bottle Warmer unit and removable cooler: Always turn OFF and unplug before cleaning.
Wipe surface of unit as well as inside of cooler and cooler lid, and inside of warming
chamber with a damp cloth or sponge using mild liquid soap. Wipe with clear water. Air dry.
Do not immerse in water. Do not use scouring pads, solvents, or abrasive cleaners, as
these could damage the unit.

Warming chamber (optional): Mineral deposits (usually white in color) may form on the
inner surfaces of the warming chamber and can cause damage to the unit. To remove them:
1. Unplug the unit.
2. Remove the basket, and wash separately as indicated above.
3. Pour 2 oz. vinegar into the warming chamber and let it stand for an hour or two (longer if
necessary).
4. Pour out the vinegar and rinse the chamber two or three times by pouring in, then
emptying out, 3 or 4 oz. of plain tap water. Do not immerse the Bottle Warmer in water.
Wipe dry or air dry.
