Hi,
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
Best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of.(from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones)
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
Goodluck!

Goto your phone's network/internet settings and try the following:
  1. In the APN field, enter either epc.tmobile.com (or internet2.voicestream.com if that doesn't work) -- this tells T-Mobile which version of our Internet network you want to connect to.
  2. Leave the Username and Password fields blank -- T-Mobile will assign this information based on your SIM card information.
  3. Return to the Main Menu and open your browser to browse the Internet.

I CANNOT CONNECT TO THE INTERNET HOME PAGE USING MY NOKIA E75 DUAL SIM PHONE

First you need to set up the Internet settings for your provider.

Internet settings depend on the provider you have. Settings for Vodafone, for example, will be different from the settings for TMobile or Orange.

The best way to get the internet settings parameter is contacting your provider. They will either guide you step-by-step, or they will send you a network message that will automatically set up your phone.

Once your settings are done, just start the browser and type in the internet address you want to display.

My iphone says gprs not subscribed. is it because i have tmobile?

Actually, it's a dual sim phone so inserting the card is all that is needed. The internet is not working because you have to have the Data plan internet for smartphones. Regular internet you have on any other phone doesnt work. The data plan is a 24.99 with t-mobile as I had to get it to. After switching internets you have to call T-mobile and get the GPRS settings for internet or do a search like i did and find them yourself. Go under service and data accounts. Make a new account and enter the settings and bam you have internet.

8110 email/internet prob

The icon/ application for the internet is the browser - from the home screen you need to edit and show all icons as it may be hidden. You also need to set this up with your network provider - TMobile will need to send you browser settings usually via SMS which you need to save.

To set up an email account is it POP or via the enterprise server?
If it is POP - You can do this via email settings or the setup wizard.

If it is via an enterprise server you will need these details which should be provided to you by the administrator.

IPhone EDGE issue

Access to edge or other data services depend on the isp, not the cell phone manufacturer. For example, if you unlocked your phone and put a tmobile sim in it, you would have to get data settings from tmobile to be able to get the internet. You need to talk to the tech support people. And of course you can use the wifi on the apple phone for internet access.
