The only access point within range of your Nintendo DS is not configured or is not compatible with the Nintendo Wi-Fi Connection (such as those found in many Hotspots). Check to make sure that you're router is not on the Nintendo list of incompatible routers. Make sure you're router software is up to date. Make sure the SSID on your router and DS match. Your router may not be assigning an IP address to the Nintendo DS. Try manually assigning an IP address to your Nintendo DS. To do this Click the "Start" button in the lower left-hand corner of your computer. Click "Run. Type "cmd" into the box and press Enter. Type "IPCONFIG/ALL" and press Enter. The IP address displayed of the PC will be displayed. The IP address you going to assign to the Nintendo DS must be 10 digits higher than the PC?s. (e.g., 192.168.1.100 becomes 192.168.1.110)
