Question about Cell Phones
Hi Please help me! I have a parrot mki9200 and since attempting to update via USB, the unit hasnt started, the screen is black and no power supply what so ever. I have tried things such as changing battery for the remote and also remove the screen 3-5 times at start up but this doesnt reset the unit. Can anyone help me so I can get this device working again? Thanks
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.

There in nokia software updater they strictily warned for Do not disconnect mobile device from pc while update in progress it will be reposible for damage to phone.
Now you must have to contact nokia care & re-Install phone software.

You can link up to 10 devices on the Parrot MKi9200.
If you link an eleventh phone, the kit displays “memory full” You then have to delete one of the linked telephones. To do this:
1. Press the knob and select Settings > Bluetooth > Linked devices.
2. Select the telephone(s) that you no longer need.
3. Select Delete
Let me know if need further assistance.
Hope i helped you.
Thanks for using ' Fixya ' and have a nice day!!

SOURCE: Problem updating Parrot LS-GPS
The Parrot manual states that the software update can be conducted via bluetooth (BT). I've managed to get BT connectivity both the laptop recognising the Parrot as a headset, and indeed it cts a PC speaker in the mode, and also from the Parrot linking to the laptop. But wehn using the Parrot Software update tool, and attempting to connect via BT, non of the displayed COM channels work. Authentication fails. The laptopn connection also only stays up for about a minute. Confusingly the Parrot also offers an update item in one of its menues, and supplies a 4 digit passowrd, but I can't see how this can be used. Any ideas?
