Question about Samsung Cell Phones
Contact your cellular provider and make sure that MMS has been enabled on your account. Many cellular carriers must enable the service on their computer systems before you can use it.
If you have MMS enabled on your account, then ask for Tech Support. They'll have you up and running in no time.

If you flashed the phone yourself then I assume you have software on a pc or laptop such as CDMA workshop or QPST configuration. If you do and you have the phones USB drivers on your computer all you have to do is put your phone in diagnostic mode and run one of these programs to access service programming. There you can change the sprint data settings to metros. For instance user name would change from email@example.com to firstname.lastname@example.org. It sounds difficult but if you know the settings and have the software it is quite easy.
If you paid someone to flash it for you, they did a half a$$ job as they should have done it during initial flash. You can google metropcs data and mms settings to get correct info.
