Dear qautamsaha6,

Hello and welcome to FixYa!

With this UPS unit, if the battery were the issue, the replace battery light would be on. In this case it would appear that this UPS has taken a hit that killed the charge/power circuit. i advide replace ment of the unit.

Good day!

You have to do is:

Please dont vote me down as I'm speculating at a guess. Please repost your question if i cant help you.
Do you live in an area with ice, water or snow. Do you have a power cord connected to it laying anywhere near those. You may have a short on any device. Batteries do lose charge though i'm not sure how much "units" means as a value. Power transformers generally have diodes, so you may have a problem with that to ground.
So check for shorts. Unplug everything, turn off charge power and see how much is lost over a day to test your batteries.

If this is a 12 volt battery situation, 24.6 volts is not doing good things for your batteries--it will buckle the inner plates causing immediate battery failure. Were the fuses themselves blown or just the fuse mounts which may have been underrated. You definitely need a schematic for this system--try googling 'microtek 810'. Good luck!

My laptop screen keep blinking when turn on

Sounds like you could have a fault with the screen inverter,
Try going in to control panel and then in to display options and just check that all your settings are ok
if can also plug in an external monitor and see if the blinking continues, if it dosent then get some 1 to change your screen inverter
