Question about Fargo DTC525 ID Card Printer
After fixing the card feeding problem, my printer prints the back side of the card in black and white, but it should print in color both side of the card. The front is just fine in full color, but the back side is printed in black and white. Why?
Possible solution: Change the resin dither from Optimized for Graphics to Optimized for Photos with in the printer driver under the image color tab.

take the ribbon out, and rewind it a little bit and see if you see print on it. if you dont, chances are your printhead is either bad or has loose cables going into it.
if you do see print, either your card is not aligning properly or the head lift motor might not be working (when the unit on, open the door, and press both buttons at the same time and see if the printhead does an up and down motion), platen roller is bad
