Question about Nokia E63 Cell Phone
The E63-2 ROGCA if purchased through Rogers should already be unlocked, however the phone is dual band and Rogers has only enabled the 2G and the 3G (UMTS 850/1900) is hidden in the menu setup under Tools-phone-network settings. To make this work on 3G under Telus/Bell network, the phone's product code has to be changed and the firmware reflashed and updated to 510.21.010 RM-449. Google for infor and they are there. I had gone through this with my owm E63-2.

a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
Best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of.(from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones)
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.

I would try the unlock again, it sounds like the unlock was unsuccessful otherwise it would have allowed you to use the other sim cards.

The PUK code is asked if you enter a wrong pin 3 times.
You need to call your phone service company, they can retrieve the puk code from a database
In your case you need to contact your SIM card phone provider technical support to unlock the SIM.
The PIN and PUK are related to the SIM card, not to the phone.
If you replace the SIM card with a different one, then the phone should not ask for the PUK anymore.
Your rating is highly appreciated on this matter.
