Question about Apple iPod MA446LL/A MP3 Player
My computer does not recognize the player. Does not even show it's connected. Cannot install firmware update because of this, so player is useless, cannot turn on. Firmware update just says initializing and then says connect device which is connected. Is there anyway to fix this or did I just lose money?
Try using windows media player. it should show up right when you plug it in. if this doesnt work, go to MY COMPUTER then go into the USB port you plugged the wp3 into and add music and stuff. or try right clicking the USB port and saying "open with..." and then "Windows Media Player"

the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
