I dont have microsoft points to get this game

There are several ways to get points:

Purchasing Points is like putting money into a special account that you can use on Xbox LIVE Marketplace. You can buy them online from the Marketplace itself on your console or on Xbox.com by using your credit card, but if you don't have a credit card, no worries. You can also pick up gift cards at hundreds of participating retail locations and use the number on that card to buy your Points. I normally get mine from Walmart, and I've even called Xbox support before to renew my subscription.

You can also get Points as part of the Xbox LIVE Gold Pack, available at participating retailers. Points will also be awarded to users for various promotions in the future. It's a simple thing. Think of getting points similar to buying pre-paid cards that holds minutes so you can use those minutes for long distance calls on your cell phone and etc.

I bought a xbox live card cant fine were to put the numbers to get xbox live

Those features that you cant use are the access. Go to anything that requires xbox live in the main menu and press it. It should then give you a option to connect to xbox live. then you simply follow the on screen instructions and its done!

Xbox nat setting

If you have a firewall or network hardware, such as a router, you might need to make a configuration change in order for your Xbox 360 console to communicate with Xbox LIVE. This configuration change is sometimes called “opening ports” or "port forwarding."

Xbox LIVE requires the following ports to be open: • TCP 80 • UDP 88 • UDP 3074 • TCP 3074 • UDP 53 • TCP 53

My xbox360 doesn't let me play some game or download stuff

Your XBOX is not connected to the internet. If you are using an ethernet cable make sure that it is plugged in both to the Xbox and at the other end. If you are using a wireless adapter you need to check the settings and make sure that it is joined to your wireless network. Also, it is possible that you are simply not signed in to your xbox live account.

Are you trying to play a game online or from a disc?

XBOX 360 strict NAT problem

Make sure you also open the ports on your router. IF you have all the appropriate ports open and still have strict NAT, it's more than likely your ISP and you should give them a call.

Nat is set to strict, wanting to set it to open

To set open the NAT for your Xbox you need to open certain ports using your routers interface.
This website gives you a list of ports needed for Xbox live
http://support.microsoft.com/kb/908874
You can also use http://portforward.com/ to find out how to open the ports on your router.

Set nat to open

These routers have a setting underneath the advanced tab (within advanced setup) called UPNP.....all three of the active tick boxes need a tick in (by default they don't) and this will sort the NAT stuff out.
