I have had these Insignia headphones for about three months, and they worked fine until I had a new drive put into my computer...Now my computer will not recognize the headphones, no matter what I do...I even tried using this disc, but that didnt help either.
The software is installed but when I press blue tooth devices in range, it doesnt recognize any...I have the little adapter and turned my computer off , thinking perhaps it would recognize it when the computer came back on...Then I pushed the button, until the blue and red lights were flashing and that didnt help either. Thanks for any help.

Bluetooth can be very flakey. You might have a defective headset or dongle. It may have nothing to do with the drive.
But more likely is that something is messed up with the bluetooth drivers. If you installed the drivers on the disc that came with it, try uninstalling them. Reset the headset by pressing the volume up and down at the same time as described in the manual. This will clear all devices in memory. Then reinstall the drivers and try pairing again from scratch.

If your ear buds have been connected to any device before your TV then it won't work. If you want to connect it to your TV you turn on your headphones, hold the call button for 3 seconds, and you will see ur light flash and connect it to your TV. If this didn't help then go to the manual and check how to connect your headphones to your TV.
With the headphones off, press and hold the power button on the headphones until the logo starts blinking red/blue. You are now in "pair mode". Have your Touch look for bluetooth devices and it should see it now.

go on ur phone and go 2 bluetooth pairing. before u click pair, turn on ur headphones and hold the multi function( button w/ play button and phone symbols) button until flashes blue and red lights simultaneously. once flashing, enter and start bluetooth paring on ur phone. the code is 0000. enjoy using ur bluetooth.
From what I can tell and after researching the same issue it is the
KRZR. I called both Verizon tech support and my bluetooth tech support. There is no solution If
you notice some of the functions in the Blue tooth Pairing/connection
menu functions don't even work. (The on off for instance and the
settings) After it is paired. I tried my bluetooth with other phones
and it works fine. I am going to the Verizon store to complain untill i get a different model.
