I have a avital 4105L remote starter and it starts up by itself

installed one one friends handicap van with lift normally they read the battery voltage to determine when the car is started voltage drops when starting .. when started the battery voltage rise back above the intial start ..you need to connect to the coil for RPM/Tach funtion so a drop in battery voltage does not shut system off conversily car will restart when battery voltage rise this would happen when my friend used the lift due to batter voltage dipin when lifting when he stopped (in van) it would restart add the wire to the ciol and set the 4105L to tach mode see manual https://www.directeddealers.com/manuals/IG/Viper/QRN4105DP%202013-06%20web.pdf

Microwave runs about 3 to 4 minutes and shuts off like no power to unit but the breaker is not tripped and not hot, then the unit comes back on after about 15 minutes. ???

It sounds like the magnetron is not working properly and the temperature sensor is expecting temperature rise, it is not getting any and shuts down.
Hope that expalins it for you.

Water leaks from bottom of door

two things. 1 seal at bottom of dishwasher damaged or 2 the float swith that shuts water flow off is damaged or stuck. This float is located at the front of the dishwasher possibly on the right hand side. There is a plastic cup like device that lifts up as the water is added to a certain height then it shuts off the water. This float can get clogged and sticks in the down position. the float has a shaft that goes through the bottom of the dishwasher and connects to a triggering device that shuts off water as it rises.

Good Luck

My oven door lock is in the out position. Oven door won't shut

Try shutting off circuit breaker for a few minutes to let control module to power down, then turn breaker back on. This may reset the control board back to factory default and retract the lock servo. If this doesn't work then a service tech will be needed.

Humming ge sapcesaver microwave

During operation, most of the built-in models have a panel that tilts out while the exhaust fan is on. When cooking is done, the exhaust fan shuts off and the panel retracts to its normal position. With the fan & microwave motor off, the hum is easier to hear. Look closely at the top panel the next time you hear the hum, and you'll probably see that it's retracting.
