My wing does the white t mobile screen then the windows mobile screen then restarts again and just repeats itself.
If you have an SD card in your phone take it out and try turning it on. You can take it out when you see it going back to the white t-mobile screen. Once the device is on and to the home screen you can insert the card again.
You should try taking out the battery for 60 seconds then put the battery back in, Then try to turn phone back on. If this does not work it sounds like a manufactor deform then I would contact T-Mobile at 1-800-TMOBILE.

Same issue. Leaving the battery out for hours and days does nothing.

same problem for me too. The phone is 2 months old and started giving so many troubles.. It would often freeze/turn off and only after repeated attempts of pressing power key, remove/place battery it would start.. From last week, it is totally dead.. I gave it to a local cell phone repair guy, he told that the mother board is gone and only HTC can fix it.. damn it..
